Reset your password

Password resets are handled by the PST secretariat. They issue you a temporary password, you sign in with it, and the portal asks you to choose your own.

By phone or WhatsApp, with your PC PIN number to hand.

Sign in with what they give you
Your PC PIN number and the temporary password.

Choose your own password
The portal requires this before anything else. At least 8 characters.

Have your PC PIN number and full name ready. An officer will confirm who you are and issue a temporary password.
